Lachenal Ediophone Concertina "The Triumph"   This is a very nice and most unique concertina, a Crane system duet  concertina as used by the early Salvation Army.  I place the year of the concertina at early 1920's, but I have no serial number reference. The concertina has raised wood ends  with metal buttons and is constructed throughout of solid mahogony with ebony veneer.  The 12 sided bellows are beautifully done with almost no wear evident.  This instrument has been carefully maintained and repaired  and has been tuned to modern concert pitch.  The instrument appears to be 100% original with the exception of several new pads and valves, the hand straps are a minor dissapointment and are not original.  The tone and volume of this concertina are *very, very* satisfying.  I have owned numerous new and original instruments in the last fifteen years and I  rate this piece as one of the very nicest.  .Buyer pays shipping, please visit my shop at http://hmi.homewood.net for other interesting musical intruments.  Call me at 205 879-4868 if you have questions
