This original Salvation Army anglo concertina was barely playable due to a great number of prior attempts at bellows repair and casework repair.  I was able to save the reeds and repair the reedpan and refit it to a new casework.  The bellows were both very stiff and leaky also with many attempts at repair.  I made a new set of bellows for the concertina.  The metal ends and buttons are original, the action parts are replaced
